Bounce Abilities is a welcoming community where children, adults, and their support networks are empowered to reach their goals. We offer Exercise Physiology, Occupational Therapy, and Support Work services, ensuring each program is tailored to the individual’s unique needs and delivered to the highest standard.

Founded with the aim of creating an all-inclusive space, Bounce Abilities encourages individuals of all abilities to embrace their differences and unlock their full potential. Our Exercise Physiology services cater to a wide age range, from children as young as 6 months to adults, offering a variety of therapies that promote physical development and overall well-being. In addition, our Occupational Therapy services focus on enhancing daily living skills, improving sensory processing, and supporting the development of fine and gross motor skills for individuals of all ages.

By integrating Support Services with Exercise Physiology and Occupational Therapy, we provide families with the assistance they need to engage with therapy services and access their community. Recognising the challenges that can arise, having an extra set of hands makes a significant difference. Bounce Abilities offers a safe, supportive environment where people can come together, strengthen connections, and thrive as a community.

The human soul doesn’t want to be advised or fixed or saved. It simply wants to be witnessed – to be seen, heard and companioned exactly as it is.
