At Bounce Abilities, our Allied Health Assistants (AHAs) play an essential role in supporting our Occupational Therapists (OTs) and Exercise Physiologists (EPs) in delivering personalised care to clients.
For our OTs, our AHAs assist in implementing treatment plans by helping clients with exercises, daily living skill practice, and setting up activities or equipment tailored to each individual’s therapy goals. They also observe client progress and provide valuable feedback to our OTs to ensure the best outcomes.
When working with our EPs, our AHAs support the delivery of individualised exercise programs by guiding clients through exercises, monitoring their technique, and offering encouragement throughout sessions. They help adjust exercises as needed and ensure clients are following the program correctly.
At Bounce Abilities, our AHAs play a vital role in creating a positive, engaging environment that promotes client progress, independence, and well-being. They work alongside our therapists to ensure that each individual receives the best possible care and support.
